About Oxford Discover Level 2
Oxford Discover Level 2 helps children build stronger English through structured lessons, meaningful questions, reading, vocabulary, speaking, listening, grammar, and guided writing.
Students continue developing the English they need for communication, school, and more confident participation in class.

How the Course Works
Oxford Discover Level 2 is taught as a 48-class complete course.

Who Should Join?
This course is designed for kids ages 7–12 who are ready for Oxford Discover Level 2.
It is appropriate for students who:
- Are working at approximately A1 English level
- Have completed an appropriate beginner course
- Need stronger speaking, reading, vocabulary, grammar, and writing skills
- Are ready for structured group learning
- Have been placed at this level by ESL Connexus
New students may need to complete the ESL Connexus placement assessment before payment is requested.

How Free Registration Works
1. Register free
Reserve your place in the group.
2. The group begins forming
Once at least 3 students have registered, ESL Connexus contacts the families.
3. Payment requests are sent
Each family receives the appropriate payment request.
4. The group is confirmed
The course opens after at least 3 students have completed payment.

Minimum Enrollment Policy
ESL Connexus live group classes require at least 3 paid students to open.
If fewer than 3 students complete payment by the payment deadline, the group will not begin as scheduled.
Families who have already paid may choose:
- A full refund to the original payment method
- Transfer to another available ESL Connexus group
- ESL Connexus account credit
- A later start date, if they agree to remain on the waiting list
ESL Connexus will not begin the course with fewer than 3 paid students at the published group price.
If another learning option is available, such as private or semi-private instruction, it will be offered separately with its own confirmed price and only with the family's approval.

Placement
New students complete the ESL Connexus placement assessment before beginning paid study.
True beginners may be exempt when Teacher Josh confirms that the assessment is not needed. ESL Connexus
Students may register first and complete placement while the group is forming.
